Measuring for a Proper Door Fit
Following the directions below will help to ensure you are purchasing the correct size of door.
Begin by measuring the actual opening in which your new door will be installed.
Width:
Measure the width three times.
across the top
across the middle
across the bottom
Height:
Measure the height twice.
along the left side of door frame
along the right side of door frame
For Wood Doors:
Use the largest width and height to order your proper door size.
Standard sizes include widths of 32", 34" and 36".
All-Season and Accent Series doors are 82" high trimmable to 80".
For Vinyl and Aluminum Doors:
Use the smallest width and height to order your proper door size.
